15. MOTION - Recommend Canceling the March 20, 2018 City Council Meeting
BACKGROUND: There is a conflict with the regularly scheduled City Council meeting
on March 20, 2018. To allow residents the opportunity to support their local caucus
meetings, the regularly scheduled City Council meeting will be canceled and is
rescheduled for April 10, 2018 at 7:00pm

17. ELECTRONIC MEETING:
By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, Elected Officials and City Staff can participate in regularly
scheduled meetings via electronic media when approved by the Mayor.
18. CLOSED MEETING:
By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the City Council
may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that chapter.
19. ADJOURNMENT:
The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above agenda notice was posted
on March 2, 2018, on the Fruit Heights City bulletin boards, the Fruit Heights City website
www.fruitheightscity.com, posted to the Utah State public notice website www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html,
and was also emailed to at least one newspaper of general circulation within the jurisdiction of the public body.
