The Utah Behavioral Health Planning and Advisory Council meets on the first Thursday of each month from noon-3p at the MASOB.  Lunch is served beginning at 11:50 am. The telephone number to join by phone is (801) 538-3994.

2017-18 UBHPAC Priorities and Areas of Concern:
Planning Council 2016-17 priorities:
1. Integrated Healthcare	
a.  Maintenance of behavioral health services as part of insurance/Medicaid plans &      Parity
2. Early intervention and prevention
	a.  Need for school based prevention with awareness of language and cultural factors
3. Recovery support services	
	a.  Access to clinical services, including peer support
	b.  CABHI housing teams to include all populations and cultures
4. Youth in transition
	a.  Youth in transition receive services (grant funding may be lost)
5.  Treatment Services
	a.  Women & Children's services statewide be continued and funded adequately
	b.  Children with co-occurring disorders get treatment (includes autism, MH, DSPD)
