SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA
Pursuant to Order of Special Meeting signed by two members of the South Salt Lake City Council on December 15, 2017, notice is hereby given that the South Salt Lake City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, December 20, 2017, in the City Council Chambers, 220 East Morris Avenue, commencing at 5:00 p.m.

1. A Recommendation to the City Council to Amend the General Plan Future Land Use Map designation for the west half of a parcel, from Low Density Residential to General Commercial and to amend the Zoning Map for the west half of a parcel, from R-1 Residential to Commercial Corridor for a parcel located at 166 E. Hermansen Circle
a. A Resolution of the City of South Salt Lake Approving the Development Agreement for the Hermansen Development Between the City of South Salt Lake and R&L Holdings, LLC
b. An Ordinance of the City of South Salt Lake City Council Amending the Future Land Use Map Designation of the General Plan from Low Density Residential to General Commercial
c. An Ordinance of the City of South Salt Lake City Council Amending the Zoning District Designation from Single Family Residential (R-1) to Commercial Corridor (CC)
