The Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday,
November 9, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Recreation Center, 547 S Locust Ave, Classrooms 5 and 6, Pleasant Grove, Utah The Work Session will be held from 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. at the same location. Work Sessions are public meetings; however, no testimony will be heard and no official actions will be taken on items discussed during the work session. Although the public is invited to attend all sessions, public comments are accepted only during the regular business session.

12. Public Hearing: Text Amendment - Chapter 18: Off-Street Parking Standards

Public Hearing to consider the request of Matthew Flinders to amend City Code Chapter 18: Off-Street Parking Standards by adding a section allowing vertical parking lifts and other automated parking structures to satisfy parking requirements.
13. Public Hearing: Text Amendment - Section 10-14-12: Multi-Family Design Requirements and Section 10-14-24-2: The Grove Mixed Housing Subdistrict

Public Hearing to consider the request of David Runnells to amend City Code Section 10-14-12: Multi-Family Design Requirements, that regulates density of residential development in The Grove Zone. The request is to increase the maximum density from 12 units per acre to 16 units per acre. Also requested, is an amendment to City Code 10-14-24-2: The Grove Mixed Housing Subdistrict that regulates permitted uses allowed in the Mixed Housing Subdistrict of the Grove Zone. The request is to allow multiple-family dwellings greater than 8 dwelling units per attached building.
14. Public Hearing: Text Amendment - Section 10-11E-2-12: Parking, Loading and Access
(City Wide)
Public Hearing to consider the request of Larry Lindstrom to amend City Code Section 10-11E-2-12: Parking, Loading and Access, that regulates parking requirements for development in the Commercial Subdistrict of the Downtown Village (DV) Zone. The existing code requires two parking stalls for each residential unit. The proposed amendment would change the parking requirement for residential developments that provide senior housing.
15. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 45 S Main Street

Public Hearing to consider the request of John Armstrong for a conditional use permit for the joint use of parking facilities as stated in City Code Section 10-18-2:S Parking Design Standards on property located at 45 S Main Street in the Commercial Subdistrict of the
