4:30 p.m. Bus Tour of Agenda Sites:
The Planning Commission will travel in a city bus to drive by each of the agenda sites for which hearings are scheduled. No decisions are made during the tour. The bus leaves from City Hall and the public is invited.

III. PUBLIC HEARING The following items are scheduled for a public hearing before the Commission. The order of the meeting is for the Chair to read the agenda item. Staff will summarize its report to the Commission. The proponent of the project can make a presentation. Public comment is encouraged. The Commission will close the public hearing and deliberate prior to making a decision.
PC 17-038 Lauren Larson's Daycare [Conditional Use Permit] Lauren Larson/Roxanne Pauni, authorized agent/owner, request a permit for an in-home daycare for up to 16 children located on .3 acres at 1624 East 1140 North in the Neighborhood Residential (NR) zone; TIN 07-026-0002.
PC 17-039 Ms. Heather's Home Daycare [Conditional Use Permit] Heather Bubel, authorized agent/owner, requests a permit for an in-home daycare for up to 16 children located on .7 acres at 845 North 200 East in the Neighborhood Residential (NR-6) zone; TIN 05-024-0003.
PC 17-040 Green Gorilla Express Car Wash [Design Review Permit] Phil Goodlander/Corp of Presiding Bishopric LDS, authorized agent/owner, request construction of a 5,000 SF car wash on .48 acres located at 867 South Main in the Commercial (COM) zone; TIN 02-065-0030.
PC 17-041 Baked Cookies [Conditional Use Permit] Daniel Noall/Wayne Wheeler, authorized agent/owner, request a permit to use the existing 1,800 SF building as a bakery on .08 acres located at 1341 East 700 North in the Community Commercial (CC) zone; TIN 07-007-0030.
PC 17-042 The Blue House [Conditional Use Permit] Melody Fryer, authorized agent/owner, request a permit for a small reception center for weddings and other formal gatherings on .88 acres located at 211 East 1250 North, Suite 120 in the Commercial (COM) zone; TIN 05-014-0017.
PC 17-043 Westfield Rezone [Zone Change] Taylor REI Mgmt Inc/Vrugg Holdings LLC, authorized agent/owner, request a zone change of 2.78 acres from Commercial Services (CS) to Mixed Residential (MR-12) to create a residential buffer along the north side of 200 South; properties include 175 South 1200 West and 1177, 1197, 1217 West 200 South; TIN 05-107-0014-0017;0032-0033.
PC 16-029 Bridger Neighborhood Downzone - continued from July 27, 2017 [Zone Change] City of Logan/Jed Willets-Mountainland Developers LLC, authorized agent/owner, request a rezone of Logan Gateway and Royal Point Lot #6 from Mixed Residential High (MR-20) to Mixed Residential Medium (MR-12) to be consistent with the Bridger neighborhood located at 1650 North 400 West (5.3 acres) and 1354 North 200 West (1.8 acres); TIN 04-081-0014;05-041-0056;04-081-0032.
