Description/Agenda:
                The North Logan Planning Commission hereby announces two public hearings to be held on Thursday, October 19, 2017 in the Meeting Room of the North Logan City Library at 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, UT.

6:35 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public input on a proposed rezone of approximately 10.74 acres (parcel 04-084-0018) from Residential Single-family Estate (RE-1) zoning to Single-family Min. 10,000 sq. ft. lots (R-1-10). The immediate surrounding area is currently zoned residential single-family R-1-10 to the south and west, residential single-family R-1-15 and R-1-12 zoning to the north and RE-1 zoning to the east. The proposed regulations for the zoning can be found in the current Municipal Code with all the prohibitions, and permitted uses that the  property will be subject to, if the zoning map or map amendment is adopted and can be found on the City's website.  The owners of real property adjacent to the proposed rezone area may attend the public hearing or file a written objection to the rezone. The address where the property owner should file the protest is at the City Office at 2076 N. 1200 E., North Logan, Utah 84341. Each written objection filed with the City will be provided to the City Council for their consideration. The Planning Commission may consider a recommendation on this ordinance following the public hearing.

6:45 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public input on a proposed ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 12C - LAND USE, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY'S CODE OF REVISED ORDINANCES BY AMENDING PORTIONS OF THE CODE RELATING TO THE NORTH LOGAN CITY-CENTER CODE, REVISING PORTIONS OF THE CODE AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP THERETO BY REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS. The Planning Commission may consider making a recommendation on this ordinance following the public hearing.

The proposed rezone and proposed ordinance amendment (including associated maps) can be reviewed at the North Logan City Office (2076 N 1200 E) or at www.northlogancity.org.
