1.	Recommend Approval of an Easement for Utility Lines on UNTF Property in order to Foster a Family Dollar Store to be built in Montezuma Creek. 
2.	Authorize David Damschen, UNTF Board Chair and Melvin Capitan, Jr., UNTF Dine' Advisory Committee Chair to determine and execute actions in the best interest of the UNTF in order to expedite the sale of land to a developer to build a Family Dollar Store in Montezuma Creek and possible sale of land or lease to San Juan School District to build an elementary school.
