NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND IMPACT FEE WRITTEN ANALYSIS Grand Water & Sewer Service Agency, a political subdivision of the State of Utah, located in Grand County, Utah intends to commence the preparation of independent and comprehensive Impact Fee Written Analysis for the culinary water service and sanitary sewer service. Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of 11-36a-501 to 503 pf the Utah Code, as amended 2011, notice is hereby provided of Grand Water & Sewer Service Agency's intent to amend the impact fees. The proposed impact fee (capital) facilities will be located within the boundaries of the Spanish Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District in Moab, Utah.
