PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will hold their regularly scheduled meeting in the Council Chambers at City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 24, 2010. A work meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. for review of agenda items.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: July 27, 2010
PUBLIC REVIEW:
1.	REDBOX AUTOMATED RETAIL, LLC -- CONDITIONAL USE FOR A KIOSK This property is located at 1040 Main Street (Ream's store). The property owner is Ream's Food Stores represented by Dawn Shepardson of Redbox Automated Retail, LLC.
2.	REAGAN OUTDOOR ADVERTISING - CONDITIONAL USE FOR AN OFF-PREMISE SIGN (BILLBOARD)
This property is located at 826 South Main Street. The property owner is DKG Equity, LLC, and the applicant is Reagan Outdoor Advertising represented by Guy Larson.
3.	COLD SHOULDER, INC. - CONDITIONAL USE FOR A TAVERN
