A consideration by the South Salt Lake City Council to vacate a portion of an alleyway located
between Commonwealth Avenue and Utopia Avenue. The vacated area contains 2.810
square feet. South Salt Lake City staff recommends vacating the remaining portion of the
alleyway located between Commonwealth Avenue and Utopia Avenue subject to input from
surrounding property owners and businesses. The additional vacated are contains 4,555
square feet. Application is made by LD Investments, LLC.
