KAYSVILLE CITY COUNCIL
MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 21, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville.
1. Opening.
2. Call to the public limited to three minutes.
3. Amendment of the Development Agreement for Sunset Equestrian Estates West Cluster Subdivision at approximately 1300 South Sunset Drive - Woodside Sunset Farms, LLC.
4. Preliminary plat of Sunset Equestrian Estates West Cluster Subdivision at approximately 1300 South Sunset Drive, consisting of 348 lots on several streets - Woodside Sunset Farms, LLC.
5. Final plat of Sunset Equestrian Estates West Cluster Subdivision Phase 14A at approximately 950 West Western Drive, consisting of one large lot on Western Drive and Angel Street - Woodside Sunset Farms, LLC.
6. Request for variance from guarantee of improvements provisions of Title 19, Subdivisions - Evera Prince.
7. Annexation of 9.425 acres of property at 641 East Windsor Lane - Ned Giles.
8. Local Government Contract with J-U-B Engineers, Inc. for construction engineering and management on the Denver and Rio Grande Western Rail Trail Project.
9. Amendment of the guarantee of improvements and relation to adjoining street system provisions of Title 19, Subdivisions, of the Revised Ordinances of Kaysville City.
10. Amendment of the guarantee of improvements provisions of Title 18, Building Regulations, of the Revised Ordinances of Kaysville City.
11. Amendment of the swimming pool and guarantee of improvements provisions of Title 17, Planning and Zoning, of the Revised Ordinances of Kaysville City.
12. Amendment of Chapter 8-3, Major Street Plan, of Title 8, Community Development, of the Revised Ordinances of Kaysville City.
13. Amendment of Chapter 2-7, Appeal Board, of Title 2, City Government, of the Revised Ordinances of Kaysville City.
14. Council Member reports.
15. Approval of minutes.
16. Approval of claims.
17. Review of calendar.
18. Closed meeting to discuss acquisition and sale of real property.
19. Adjournment.
