Notice is hereby given that the Payson City City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday March 15, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center in the City Council Chambers, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on an amendment to the Payson City Zoning Map that will affect Utah County parcel 36-771-0029 located at 1039 South 530 West. The property is currently zoned R-1-9 Single Family Residential, and it is proposed that the zone be changed to RMO-A Accessory Living Unit Overlay Zone. Additional information regarding the proposed zone change may be obtained by calling the Development Services Department at (801) 465-5214.
