PLNBOA2009-01411 Rehearing of a Special Exception, Unit Legalization   a request by Brian Ranck located at approximately 238 South Douglas Street (1250 East) for a special exception to legalize a duplex in an existing structure located in the R-2 Zoning District in Council District Four. PLNBOA2010-00379 Babcock Accessory Structure Special Exception - A request by Babcock Design representing Bill and Lisa Wirthlin for a special exception on an accessory structure located at approximately402 East Canyon Oaks Way (1160 North) that exceeds the maximum size and height regulations.
