Cluff Ward Pipeline Company Special Exception

Parcel: HAMILTON-2-AM, 33.51 acres
Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council, in accordance with sections 11-2-4, and 11-4-15 of the Eastern Summit County Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding a proposed special exception at the above location. The public hearing will be held:

The Cluff Ward Water Company is requesting a special exception from Section 11-2-4 of the Eastern Summit County Development Code which restricts development in areas with natural grades in excess of 30%, in order to install a water storage tank and extension of the Cluff Ward culinary water pipeline to serve newly developed properties in the area.
