NOTICE OF INFORMATIONAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Millard County Commissioners will conduct an informational meeting on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., at the Millard County Fair Grounds; 187 S Manzanita Ave, Delta, UT; for the purpose of receiving public opinion and comment on a proposed zone change allowing AG Industrial south of Deseret, Utah. The proposed zone change includes the possibility of Smithfield Hog Production installing a pig raising facility.
A copy of the proposed Zone Change is available for review and inspection at the Millard County Satellite Offices; 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah, and at the Millard County Clerk's Office; 795 S Hwy 99, Suite 6, Fillmore, UT 84631. Anyone having questions may also contact Dean Draper, County Commissioner, at the above Delta address or by calling 435-406-1179. All interested persons are invited to attend this meeting and make comment.
