Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m.; the agenda is as follows:

1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Discussion/action on minutes.
3. Public hearing on Morris Meadows Subdivision consisting of 21 lots at 1850 West 700 South.
4. Discussion/action on public hearing.
5. Discussion/action on 400 North Commercial Subdivision located at 300 North 2000 West.
6. Discussion/action on site plan for High Country Inn and Assisted Living Center at 1335 West 1200 South.
7. Discussion/action on site plan for Borrett Animal Hospital located at 875 West 12th Street.
8. Discussion/action on site plan at approximately 1800 West 400 North for convenience store with fuel and food.
9. Discussion/action on final approval for seven (7) lot subdivision at approximately 2485 West Pioneer Road by: John Duddleston.
10. Discussion/action on conditional use permit for home occupation at 943 South 1300 West for No Name Tactical: Joshua Needham.
11. Public Hearing: Ordinance adopting Chapter 15.09 Excavation and Clean Fill Regulations.
12. Discussion/action on public hearing.
13. Discussion/action on Ordinance amending Chapters 13.01 General Provisions, Chapter 13.02 Land Use Administration, Section 13.26.300 Access, and Chapter 12.01 Subdivision Access.
14. Commission and staff follow-up.
15. Adjourn.
