Notice is hereby given that the Draper City Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting at 5:30 pm on Thursday, April 28, 2016, in the City Council Chambers at 1020 East Pioneer Road, Draper, Utah.

1. Action Item: Approval of the minutes from the April 14, 2016 Planning Commission meeting.
2. Action Item: On the request of Roy Bartee for approval to extend the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and Site Plan approvals that were reinstated by the Planning Commission on May 14, 2015. The subject property is located in the CN (Neighborhood Commercial) zone on 2.07 acres at 11990 South 700 East. This application is otherwise known as the Tuscany Crossings Assisted Living Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Extension of Approvals Request, Application #150403-11990S.
