Proposals are as follows:

Route 33 will be extended from the Millcreek TRAX Station, the route's current terminus, to the West Valley Central Station. Route 35 will end at West Valley Central but will turn into route 33, which will continue to the Millcreek TRAX Station and Wasatch Blvd.

In addition, route 39 will no longer serve UTA's Meadowbrook bus garage, located at approximately 3600 South between 700 West and 900 West. Route 39 will turn into route 41 at the Meadowbrook TRAX Station. These changes will create a one-seat ride between the east and west sides of the valley along 3300/3500 South and 3900/4100 South.

Route 33 will also be changed to serve UTA's Meadowbrook Bus garage.

Modifications to these routes provide cost savings that will reallocated to increase Sunday service on routes 33 and 35. Service proposals call for routes 33 and 35 to be extended on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Headways for both routes will also increase on Sundays from every 60 minutes to every 30 minutes.
