In accordance with City Code, a public hearing will not be held on the first two items. Comment is limited to the Appellant and the Appellant's representative, the Applicant, and City Staff from the Planning Division and City Attorney's Office.
1. McClelland Enclave Appeal at approximately 546 S McClelland Street - Joseph T. Redd, Jessika Ward and Austin Cowden, have filed an Appeal of the Planning Commission decision to approve the preliminary subdivision and planned development requests for McClelland Enclave located at the above referenced address (PLNSUB2015-00358 and PLNSUB2015-00567). The subject property is located in the SR-3 (Special Development Pattern Residential District) zoning district and is located within Council District 4, represented by Derek Kitchen. 2. Cornell Appeal at approximately 1724 E 2700 South - Amir Cornell the owner of the residential property located at the above listed property has filed an Appeal of the Planning Commission decision PLNPCM2015-01034 that determined a second accessory structure (shed) on the subject parcel must be removed in order to not exceed the maximum accessory structure coverage of 720 square feet. The subject parcel is zoned R-1/7000 (Single-Family Residential) and is located within Council District 7, represented by Lisa Ramsey Adams. Public hearings will be held on the following two matters. Comments from the Appellant, City Staff and the public will be taken.
3. The Other Side Academy Appeal of Administrative Interpretation at approximately 667 E 100 South and 54 S 700 East - Tim Stay, representing The Other Side Academy, has filed an Appeal of Administrative Interpretation PLNZAD2015-00666 that determined that a proposed land use for The Other Side Academy located at the above listed properties is similar to a Community Correctional Facility and a Group Home Dwelling. The subject properties are zoned RMF-45 (Moderate/High Density Multi-family Residential) and RMF-35 (Moderate Density Multi-family Residential) and are located within Council District 4, represented by Derek Kitchen. 4. Emory/Watson Appeal of Administrative Decision at approximately 1076 E 200 South - Joy Emory and Patrick Watson are appealing a decision of the Zoning Administrator finding a current building permit for interior remodeling to be valid. The permit is key in allowing the conversion from a former 24-bed rooming house to a 20-unit multi-family dwelling. A public hearing will be held to consider the evidence.
