The Garden City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. at the Garden City Lakeview Building, located at 69 N. Paradise Parkway, Building C.

2.  Approval of Minutes
3.  State Conflict of Interest
4.  Approval of Conditional Use Permit application to put an off-premise permanent sign at approximately 327 N. Paradise parkway, Conestoga Ranch, Mike Knapp
5.  Approval of parking for new commercial business located at 75 W. Logan Rd.  This will include Bear Lake Cabin Rentals, Lakeview Custom Cabins office and a future restaurant, Chuck Stocking
6.  Approval of Architectural Standards and Parking for a new addition behind Cafe Sabor at 82 N. Bear Lake Blvd.  The new addition will be a 20' rear extension of the building for storage and employee housing,  Jacob Wakefield
7.  Approval of Architectural Standards and Parking for a 12' x 6' addition to be added to the Bear's Den at 25 N. Bear Lake Blvd.  The addition will be to add a cooler which will be accessed through the building.  Marty Phipps
8.  Discussion/Approval to re-zone property approximately 620 S. Bear Lake Blvd. (on both sides of the Blvd.)  #41-21-30-017, 41-21-30-018, 41-21-30-019, 41-21-30-020 and 41-21-30-025 from Beach Development and Single Family Residential zone to a Planned Unit Development (PUD), Legacy Beach, Bear Lake Resort, LLC
9.  Discussion/Approval of PUD Development Plan and Preliminary Plat for 21 homes on 3.9 acres on beach front and 12 units on 4.1 acres on the west side of the highway.  This will be a gated project at above location - 620 S. Bear Lake Blvd.  Nightly rentals will be allowed.  It will be named Legacy Beach.  Bear Lake Resort, LLC.
