WOODS CROSS CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
AND
WOODS CROSS CITY COUNCIL
MARCH 22, 2016

1. Review of Agenda MAYOR
2. Approval of Cash Disbursements MAYOR
3. Consideration of the Planning Commission to Recommend approval of documents related to the Woods Crossing Commercial Development Project including: (A) a Development Agreement between the City and STG Woods Crossing LLC and OTG Woods Crossing LLC; and (B) a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Grant of Easements between STG Woods Crossing LLC and OTG Woods Crossing LLC PC CHAIR
4. Consideration of the City Council to Adopt a Resolution related to the Woods Crossing Commercial Development Project to: (A) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Development Agreement with STG Woods Crossing LLC and OTG Woods Crossing LLC; and (B) give the City's approval of a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Grant of Easements between STG Woods Crossing LLC and OTG Woods Crossing LLC MAYOR
