The City Council will consider adopting a resolution moving forward with the condemnation of the Lofgreen property which is necessary to acquire the right-of-way needed to improve Fort Canyon Road

H. RESOLUTION NO. R2010-05 – FORT CANYON ROAD-BROADBENT CONDEMNATION
The City Council will consider adopting a resolution moving forward with the condemnation of the Broadbent property which is necessary to acquire the right-of-way needed to improve Fort Canyon Road

I. RESOLUTION NO. R2010-06 – FORT CANYON ROAD-LARSEN RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION
The City Council will consider adopting a resolution moving forward with the condemnation of the Larsen property which is necessary to acquire the right-of-way needed to improve Fort Canyon Road

J. CDBG BLOCK GRANT AGREEMENT WITH UTAH COUNTY
The City Council will consider approving the CDBG Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Utah County
