4:30 p.m. Bus Tour of Agenda Sites. The Planning Commission will travel in a city bus to drive by each of the agenda sites for which hearings are scheduled. No decisions are made during the tour. The public is invited. The bus leaves from City Hall.

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the meeting of March 11, 2010.
3. PUBLIC HEARING
The following items are scheduled for a public hearing before the Commission. The normal order of the meeting is for the Chair to read the agenda item. Staff will summarize its report to the Commission. The proponent of the project can make a presentation. Public comment is encouraged. The Commission will then close the hearing and deliberate on the issues prior to making a decision.
10-013 Sierra Meadows. Subdivision. Jay Stocking/J&C Properties, authorized agent/owner, requests a 95-lot subdivision on 19.64 acres at 1400 West 400 South in the Single-Family Residential (SFR) zone; TIN#02-066-0026.
10-014 Codale Electric Supply. Design Review & Conditional Use. Chris W. Layton/Holt Properties, authorized agent/owner, request a warehouse, office and sales facility on 2.31 acres at 1050 West 200 South in the Commercial General (CG) zone; TIN#05-107-0008.
10-015 Logan City Light & Power Transmission System. (Continued to Apr 22) Design Review & Conditional Use. City of Logan, authorized agent/owner, requests to replace wood utility poles with steel distribution poles from substation 3 (near the intersection of 100 South and Pioneer Avenue) along the east side of 100 East to 300 South.
10-016 Logan City Light & Power Transmission System. (Continued to Apr 22) Design Review & Conditional Use. City of Logan, authorized agent/owner, requests to replace wood utility poles with steel distribution poles from the intersection of 100 East 300 South (on the south side of 300 South) then west to Main Street to the north side of 300 South then west to 600 West.
