Tremonton City is exploring the concept of obtaining Food and Beverage Concessionaire Services for the 2016 Sports Seasons at Jeanie Stevens Park located at 700 N. 1000 W., Tremonton, UT 84337, and North Park located at 100 W. 600 N, Tremonton, UT 84337 provided by a third party. For this reason, Tremonton City is requesting interested parties to submit their qualifications in providing Food and Beverage Concessionaire Services for review and consideration. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) may be canceled, or any or all qualifications may be rejected, in whole or in part, when it is in the best interest of Tremonton City. At the time of this advertisement, no contact shall be made with the City regarding this project other than by email to (mchristensen@tremontoncity.com).
In the past, the City has provided Food and Beverage Concessionaire Services through Tremonton City employees. The City would like to explore the concept of a third party concessionaire providing the Food and Beverage Concessionaire Services within the existing concession stand buildings during recreational programming times and events.
Interested parties may pick up an RFQ document at the City Office or on the Tremonton City Web (http://tremontoncity/community/park-rec/) which includes Scope of Services & Potential Contract Terms, Selection Process and Schedule, Schedule, Qualification Packet Requirements, Selection Criteria, Questions and Deadline/Submittal Requirements.
