Notice of PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearing has been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 2, 2016. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Written comments not received prior to the date of the meeting, may not be able to be considered.   

PSP 1601-0001, a request by Heather Oviatt, on behalf of Tom Stuart Construction, for a 3-lot subdivision to be known as the Tai Pan Subdivision.  The site is located at approximately 1400 E. 700 S.  (TIN: 09-020-0035).  The property is in the C-2 (Commercial) zoning district, and is approximately 8.847 acres in size

A copy of the application is available for review in the Community Development Department on the 2nd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
