Public Notice is hereby given that the Vineyard Town Council will hold a regular meeting on March 10, 2010, starting at 7:00, in the Vineyard Town Hall; 240 East Gammon Road, Vineyard, Utah. The agenda will consist of the following:

5.  BUSINESS ITEMS: 

5.1 Discussion and Action: AUTUMN BROOK (FORMERLY SUNSET VILLAS) PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION APPLICATION (PP-10-01) – The Vineyard Town Council will consider a Planning Commission recommendation regarding a request by Mr. Gerald Anderson of LeChem Development, Inc., 9537 South 700 East, Sandy, Utah 84070, for preliminary plat approval for Autumn Brook Phase 1, a 26 lot subdivision located northwest of the Vineyard Road and Center Street intersection, Vineyard, UT.

5.2 Discussion and Action: AUTUMN BROOK (FORMERLY SUNSET VILLAS) FINAL SUBDIVISION APPLICATION (FP-10-01) – The Vineyard Town Council will consider a request by Mr. Gerald Anderson of LeChem Development, Inc., 9537 South 700 East, Sandy, Utah 84070, for final plat approval for Autumn Brook Phase 1, a 26 lot subdivision located northwest of the Vineyard Road and Center Street intersection, Vineyard, UT.

5.3 Discussion and Action: UTAH TRANSIT AUTHORITY (UTA) OFFER TO PURCHASE LAND FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY – The Vineyard Town Council will consider and possibly act to approve the sale of approximately 824 square feet of property located along Vineyard Road to the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) for the Commuter Rail right-of-way.

5.4 Discussion and Action:  SEWER RATE – The Vineyard Town Council will 
discuss and may possibly act to approve, by resolution, the implementation of  a Sewer Rate for the town.  

5.5 Discussion and Action: ULTIMATE SPORTS LINDON USE OF BASEBALL DIAMOND – The Vineyard Town Council will discuss and possibly act to approve the use of the baseball diamond at the J Rulon Gammon Vineyard Town Heritage Park for Ultimate Sports Lindon.  

5.6 Discussion and Action: PARK MAINTENANCE CONTRACT – The Vineyard Town Council will discuss and possibly act to approve the annual park maintenance contract.

Because of the need for proper public notice, immediate action will not be taken in the Council Meeting. If action is necessary, the item will be listed on a following agenda, however, the Council may elect to discuss the item if it is an immediate matter of concern. 

The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5. 

The Public is invited to participate in all Town Council meetings.
