Gonzalez GROUP APPOINTMENTS: Kay tee Lian Clayton, Tori Draper, Brandon Garcia, William Gunnell, Bria Marie Knickrehm, Casey Ann Leavitt. noted that his employer report IS good and he has paid his fine Ms RemtJes recommended he move forward from this pomt on Compliant Ms Richman IS excused from this meeting She IS a Registered Nurse, Master Esthetlclan and a Cosmetologist/Barber She will be starting a new MOU with the Nursing Board and with this Board The Board requested to see her at the March 7, 2016 Board meetmg Non-Compliant Ms Veasy interviewed Ms Batemen and clarified who her supervisor can be She IS testing With Affinity and was a day late With a scheduled test, but she discussed It With Ms Troxel She IS working m the field and her employer report was good She has recently been dOIng all she IS required to except has not paid on her citation The Board requested to see her at the March 7,2016 Board meeting Non-compliant She was excused from this Board meetmg Ms Troxel has had no communication With her at this time The last Information received was that she was gOIng to school learning subject matter outside of this mdustry She did not come In for her appointment With the Board Ms Veasy made a motion seconded by Ms Heathman for and order to show cause The voting was unanimous Ms Veasy made a motion seconded by Ms Heathman for an order to show cause The voting was unanimous The followmg probationers were seen and provided Information by the Board Note'' Mr Gunnell did not come In for his appOIntment With the Board .Page 4 of 5 Minutes for Barber, Cosmetologist/Barber, Esthetlclan, Electrologist and Nail TechniCian Llcensmg Board December 7th, 2015 N. Shallece Lindsay, Uyen Phung Thi Mai, Kellie Kayden Montoya, Douglas Sterling Morris, Shonna S. Salinas, Cindy Jenkin Satterfield, Josh Stoney, Jamie Leigh Webster, Mirna Rodriguez Ms Rodriguez was requesting to be released from probation She has sold her shop and IS not working In the field Ms. Heathman made a motion seconded by Ms McKay to remove Ms Rodnguez from probation based on the fact she no longer owns salon with an amendment that If she owns a salon she must Inform the DIvIsion The voting was unanimous Compliant DISCUSSION ITEMS: Administrative Penalties The Board discussed the current citation amounts may not be substantial enough to effect a change In peoples behavior Ms Frasier made a motion seconded by Ms Heathman a first offense, for a Cosmetologist!
