KAYSVILLE CITY COUNCIL
MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 6, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville.  The agenda shall be as follows:

1.	Opening.
2.	Explanation of Operation Underground Railroad - Franklin Etter.
3.	Call to the public limited to three minutes.
4.	Hill Farms Subdivision Phase 2C final plat at approximately 2000 West Phillips Street, consisting of 13 lots on Phillips Street - Destination Homes.
5.	Field of Dreams Subdivision final plat at 1111 West Webb Lane, consisting of six lots on a private street - Mike Blackham and Bryan Sorensen.
6.	Overlay of PRUD - Planned Residential Unit Development overlay zone on 3.2 acres of property at 1111 West Webb Lane - Mike Blackham and Bryan Sorensen.
7.	Adoption of Kaysville City Traffic Calming Procedures - Traffic Calming Committee.
8.	Approval of Local Consent Special Use Permit for Davis Applied Technology College (DATC).
9.	Approval of Professional Services Agreement with Equinox Engineering for the Schick Lane Storm Water Wetlands Project and Angel Street Mitigation Project.
10.	Council Member reports.
11.	Minutes.
12.	Claims.
13.	Calendar.
14.	Closed meeting to discuss personnel.
15.	Adjournment.
