4.1 Capital Outlay Projects Update (4:15-4:30)
Todd Hansen, Director of Buildings and Grounds, will give an update on Capital Outlay projects.
4.2 Communication (4:30-4:40)
Establish messaging framework for bond information with communications firm, Strategies 360.
4.3 Design Teams and Committees for the Bond Projects (4:40-4:50)
Dr. Conley will provide an update to the Board describing the facilitators, reporting process and start dates.
4.4 Out of State Travel (4:50-5:00)
Steve Cuttitta, PCHS Track Coach, is asking permission to travel to Walnut, California on December 3-5, 2015 with 8-12 students to compete in the Footlocker Western Regional Cross Country Meet.
Bret Hughes, PCHS Band Teacher, is asking permission to travel to Honolulu, Hawaii on December 4-10,2015 with 80 students to participate in the 75th Anniversary Pearl Harbor Day Memorial Parade
Renee Pinkney and Kevin Fober, PCHS Teachers, are asking permission to travel to Washington, D.C. April 3-8, 2016, with 30 students to participate in the Close-Up Program.
Mike Werner, Swim Coach is asking permission to travel to Boise, ID on November 20-22, 2015 with 10-30 students to compete with some of the best swimmers in the Western US.
Mike Werner, Swim Coach is asking permission to travel to Boise, ID on December 11-13, 2015 with 5-15 students to complete in the Boise Holiday Open.
Mike Werner, Swim Coach is asking permission to travel to St. George, UT on February 18-20, 2016 with 10-30 students to compete in the Utah Swimming Senior Champs.
5 Decisions
5.1 Grade Realignment (5:00-5:15)
The Board has reviewed the recommendation submitted by Dr. Conley and they will acknowledge the timeline for realignment.
5.2 Travel Request (5:15-5:20)
JaNae Cottom, TMJH Teacher is asking permission to travel to Cedar City, Utah on September 30-October 3, 2015 with 10-12 students to attend the Shakespeare Festival.

7100 Professional Staff Transfers
Policy 7100 Professional Staff Transfers has been discussed by the Board and it is now before the Board for posting.
8 Public Comment (5:30 pm)
Notice of Public Hearing
6:00 PM
The Board shall hold a public hearing on September 22, 2015, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. in the District Offices, located at 2700 Kearns Blvd., Park City, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to receive input from the public with respect to (a) the issuance of the Bonds, and (b) any potential economic impact that the improvements, facilities, or properties financed in whole or in part with the proceeds of the Bonds may have on the private sector.
