2.	Update and presentation on the Mountain View Corridor, Teri Newell UDOT Project Director.

3.	Information and discussion regarding the CDBG program, Karen Wiley Salt Lake County.

5.	CONSENT AGENDA:

5.1	 Approval of the January 12, 2010 and January 26, 2010 meeting minutes.

6.	PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration and vote on a resolution regarding the potential sale of property located at approximately 1300 West 15000 South – staff presenter – Vaughn Pickell.

7.	PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration and vote on a resolution approving a contract for Bluffdale City police services – staff presenter – Mark Reid.

8.	Consideration and vote on a request from the Bank of American Fork, owner of the Ponderosa Subdivision for relief from providing a pavilion in the subdivision detention pond, Kirk Woolley, Bank of American Fork.

9.	Consideration and vote on a resolution adopting an Interlocal Agreement for the development of a Southwest Salt Lake County Transit Feasibility Study – staff presenter – Vaughn Pickell.

10.	Consideration and vote on a resolution of the Bluffdale City Council entering into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Salt Lake County for road maintenance services – staff presenter – Blain Dietrich.

11.	Consideration and vote on a resolution approving the Bluffdale City 2010-2011 lawn maintenance services contract – staff presenter – Blain Dietrich.

12.	Discussion on 15000 South.

13.	Discussion of Council Member assignments and duties.

14.	Closed meeting pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-205(1) to discuss litigation, property acquisition and the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual (if needed).

15.	Mayor’s Report.

16.	 City Manager’s Report and Discussion
