Definitions

Government Type: A categorization of government entities, including state, county, municipality, special districts, and schools, among others. Entity: All state agencies, political subdivisions (cities, counties, special districts), the legislature, judiciary, and public education or state-funded higher education institutions.
Public Body: A board, commission, or committee that posts notices or holds meetings, according to the Open and Public Meetings Act, Utah Code 52-4-103(7)
