Minutes of South Weber Water Improvement District meeting held June 10, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. in the District office at 7924 S. 1900 E., South Weber, Utah.  Board members were Jan Ukena, Jeff Monroe, Owen Cash, Leslie Waters, Ferrin Calder and district personnel members.

Those present were welcomed. Minutes of meeting held May 13, 2015 were read and Mrs. Ukena made a motion to approve them. Mr. Monroe seconded the motion. All voted in favor.

General Business
Visitor items
(1)	Visitors were concerned with the amount of snails that were clogging their water filters, home owners had to clean out filter after each watering cycle. Staff and board members will look into different options to filter out the snails at the reservoir.

(2)	Mr. Stott gave an update on the snail shells and received a quote of $80,000 to install a water filter at the reservoir.

(3)	Mr. Massengale was concerned about the over watering and watering on Sundays at the parks and church properties. 

Office Items 
(1)	Reviewed America First & Goldenwest statements.

(2)	Board members discussed increasing the water connection fee to cover the cost of the installation of water meters. Mr. Calder made a motion to increase the water connection fee to $1,000. Mrs. Ukena seconded the motion. Resolution #61 All voted in favor.

Maintenance Items
(1)	The telemetering equipment will be installed at the end of the month
