NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION
TO THE BOUNDARIES OF ROY WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT

NOTICE is hereby given that Sawmill Ranch, LLC (the 'Petitioner'), has filed a Petition for Annexation for the purpose of initiating proceedings to annex certain real property owned by the Petitioner, as more particularly described below, into the boundaries of Roy Water Conservancy District (the 'District').  The District provides secondary irrigation water service within its boundaries.

The property proposed to be annexed is identified as Weber County Parcel No. 09-082-0004, more particularly described as follows:

PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH RANGE 2 WEST, SALT LAKE MERIDIAN U S SURVEY, BEGINNING AT A POINT SOUTH 2640 FEET AND WEST 2640 FEET FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 20 AND RUNNING THENCE WEST 1320 FEET, THENCE NORTH 2640 FEET, THENCE EAST 1320 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 2640 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.  EXCEPTING THEREFROM THAT PORTION LYING WITHIN THE DENVER & RIO GRANDE RAILWAY COMPANY RIGHT OF WAY.

The approximate street address of the above-described property is 5925 South 4700 West, Hooper, Utah 84315.

Any property owner or registered voter residing within the area proposed to be annexed, as described above, within twenty (20) days from the dated date hereof, may request, in writing, that the board of trustees hold a public hearing on the proposed annexation.
