GEORGE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers, 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah, on Thursday, June 18, 2015 commencing at 5:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: Call to Order Invocation Flag Salute 1. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Consider approval of the financial report for May, 2015. 2. BID OPENINGS A. Consider award of bid for the Middleton Wash trail repairs. B. Consider approval of a professional services agreement to relocate the existing Elks baseball field to Bloomington Park. C. Consider approval of a professional services agreement for the environmental assessment of the Gunlock arsenic treatment plant site. D. Consider award of bid to construct two public restrooms and a small office at SunTran. 3. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Public hearing to consider vacating a public utility and drainage easement located at the rear of lot 1 of Trebruk Estates and adjust the lot line of lot 1 to the south. Craig Astle, applicant. B. Public hearing to consider vacating a utility easement along 3000 East at approximately 2900 South. Steve Kamlowsky, applicant. C. Consider approval of an ordinance prohibiting fireworks in designated areas of the City. B. Consider approval of an ordinance vacating a public utility and drainage easement located at the rear of lot 1 of Trebruk Estates and adjust the lot line of lot 1 to the south. C. Consider approval of an ordinance vacating a utility easement along 3000 East at approximately 2900 South. D. Consider approval of an ordinance vacating an underground sewer easement along the south side of the Virgin River located between Bloomington and SunRiver. E. Consider approval of a resolution adopting a fee schedule for the Tonaquint Cemetery Cremation Garden. D. Consider approval of a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2014-15 Budget. E. Consider approval of a resolution adopting the Fiscal Year 2015-16 Budget. 6. STAFF REPORTS A. Consider approval of a request to expand the St. George Art and Studio Tour. Bobbi Wan-Kier, applicant.
