                MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, June 2, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville.  The agenda shall be as follows:

6:00	BUDGET HEARING

7:00	CITY COUNCIL:

1.	Opening.
2.	Yard and Garden Awards - Yard and Garden Committee.
3.	Volunteer of the Month Recognition - Kaysville Parks and Recreation.
4.	Call to the public limited to three minutes.
5.	Options for Burton Lane to improve safety for bicycles using the overpass - Staff report.
6.	Traffic issues on Haight Creek Drive - Staff report.
7.	Rezone of 2.99 acres of property at 1429 South Sunset Drive from A-5 (Heavy Agricultural) and R-A (Agricultural Residential) to R-1-20 (Residential Single Family) and R-1-LD (Residential Single Family Low Density) - Charlene Horne.
8.	Charlene Horne Subdivision preliminary plat at 1429 South Sunset Drive, consisting of five lots, including two flag lots, on Spur Lane and Sunset Drive - Charlene Horne.

15.	Vacation of Carter Subdivision at 1095 West Webb Lane - Steve Brough.
16.	Webb Lane Subdivision preliminary and final plat at 1095 West Webb Lane, consisting of two lots, including one lot that was platted as two lots - Steve Brough.
17.	Approval of Agreement with Old Mill Village Homeowners Association, Inc. to acquire and enhance substation property and release and discharge claims regarding development of Old Mill Village Subdivision.
18.	Amendment of Chapter 10-2, Electric Power and Light, of Title 10, Electric Power and Light, of the Revised Ordinances of Kaysville City to add Section 10-2-13.1, Terminating Receipt of Additional Applications for Participation in the Net Metering Policy.
