THE MEETING WILL BE HELD IN THE COUNTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER, MAIN FLOOR, ROOM #N1100, 2001 SOUTH STATE STREET.

The purpose of the Planning Commission Meeting is to allow the Planning Commission to hear applicant and public comment, as well as agency and staff recommendations, prior to making a recommendation or decision on land use applications filed with Salt Lake County. As there are no items on the November 17, 2009, agenda that require final Commission decision and no other preliminary matters that require preliminary discussion, the Commission will not hold a Pre-meeting prior to its regular Public Meeting at 9:00 A.M..

25079 Noah Grodzin, representing Clearwire LLC., is proposing to amend the site plan of a previously approved Conditional Use wireless facility for the collocation of additional antennas and equipment panel on a 1.59 acre lot; located at 184 East Gordon Ln. – M-1 (Manufacturing) Zone. The site plan amendments include a reduction in the size of the homes originally approved for Painter Place PUD located at 1215 East Elgin Avenue in an R-2-6.5 (Medium density Residential) and R-1-6 Zone.
