KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Opening and approval of minutes of the January 8, 2015 and January 22, 2015 meetings.
2. Conditional use permit for a major home occupation “B”:
a. Beauty salon at 323 West Clover Meadow Road – Erin Clawson.
b. Eyelash extension salon at 1561 South 350 East – Samantha Villalobos.
c. Horseback riding lessons at 12 East Shepard Lane – Carol Avery.
d. Life coaching at 447 East Oak Lane – Holli Oram.
e. Social skills instruction at 363 North Angel Street – Jennifer Cieslewicz.
3. Call to the public.
4. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission:
a. Reports.
b. Correspondence.
c. Calendar.
5. Adjournment.
