1	Call to Order
	Pledge of Allegiance
Board Members Julie Eihausen and JJ Ehlers take the oath of office

2	Reports										(10 minutes)
	2.1	Superintendent’s Update of the District Learning Plan		
		Superintendent Conley will review and discuss the District Learning Plan.
	
	2.2	Review of Board Protocol
		Superintendent Conley will review and answer any questions that the Board may have regarding the 		proper protocol  

3	Discussion
	3.1	Modification of a District Facility						( 5 Minutes)
		Former Board Member Michael Boyle will be presenting a request to modify the Board Room with a 		painting by David Chaplin. The painting is being donated to the Park City School District by current and 		former Board members.  
	
	3.2	Preliminary Budget Report FY16 and Review of Current Budget			(10 Minutes)
		Todd Hauber will review the FY16 budget with the Board and answer any questions they may have. 		There will also be discussion regarding the current budget. 
	
	3.3	School Finance 101								(10 Minutes)
		Todd Hauber will review school budgeting and corresponding laws. 
	
	3.4	RFP for Master Planning							(10 Minutes)
		Representatives from the Master Planning Committee will be before the Board to give a brief update on 		the progress of the committee and will make a recommendation for an RFP for a planner for the 			Kearns 	campus and will recommend hiring on a contract basis a communications specialist.
	
	3.5	Out of State Travel Request							( 5 Minutes)
		Track Coach Steve Cuttitta is asking permission to travel to Arcadia High School, California on 
		April 11-12, 2015 with a group of 2-5 students to compete in the Arcadia Invitational Track and Field 		Meet.
	
4	Decision											
	4.1	Facility Modification								( 5 Minutes)			Ecker Hill Teacher Annie Wallace is requesting permission to proceed with building a shed and a fence 		around 	the natural garden at Ecker Hill Middle School.
	
	4.2	Dolby Family Foundation Donation						( 5 Minutes)	
		The Board has previously discussed the Dolby Family Foundation donation of a system at the Eccles 		Center.  The Board will now ratify their decision to accept the donation. 
	
	4.3	Out of State Travel Request							( 5 Minutes)
		Scott Tanner is requesting permission to travel to Anaheim, California on March 12-15, 2015 with 55 		orchestra students to perform at a Heritage Festival, which will allow students to perform 			at a national level. 

5	Discussion/Decision									(10 Minutes)
	5.1	Out of State Travel Request
		Laura Monty and Sheri Prucka are requesting permission to travel to several different events with a 		group of students to compete in a robotics competition.
		The first travel request is asking permission to drive to Bozeman, Montana on January 29-31, 2015.   		The second request is to drive to Las Vegas, Nevada on February 6-8, 2015.
		The third request is to drive to Casper, Wyoming on February 13-15, 2015.
