The Salt Lake County Board of Health is proposing a new regulation, Health Regulation #35, Solid Fuel Burning.  The public comment period will end on Thursday, December 11, 2014.  A copy of the proposed regulation is available for review on the Salt Lake County Health Department website at http://www.slcohealth.org/envRegs/proposedRegs.html or during normal business hours at the following locations:

The public hearing on the proposed regulation will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2014 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the auditorium at the Environmental Health Division, 788 East Woodoak Lane, Murray, Utah.  We reserve the right to close the hearing at 5:30 PM if all present have had the opportunity to offer public comment.
