PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the HOOPER CITY COUNCIL will hold a public meeting at 5580 W. 4600 S.  Hooper, at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2014.  Work session starts at 6:30 p.m.
THE AGENDA FOR THE MEETING CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING:
1.	CALL TO ORDER
  	Pledge of Allegiance & Reverence
2.	APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES
3.	BUSINESS LICENSE APPROVAL
	Therapeutic Center for Change, proprietor is Linda B Tuttle (Smith) at 6292 W. 5100 S. (Provide 		mental health counselling to children, families and couples)
4.	OLD BUSINESS
	Ordinance to approve a release of easement for Cody Pearson at 6172 W. 5900 S. on the west of his 			property.
	Ordinance to approve a release of easement for Anthony and Sylvia Diaz at 6190 W. 5900 on the 			east side of his property.
5.	CITY BUSINESS
	Appointing a New Planning Commission Member
	Public Hearing - Ordinance to prohibit below grade structures when a land drain is not available.
	Public Hearing - Ordinance to allow no more animals then is already allowed in the residential 			zones. 
	Public Hearing – Rezone – R1 (one acre) to R2 (half acre) at 5202 W. 5500 S. Owner is Lorenzo 			Castillo (47.764 sq. ft. which would be 2 lots)
	Public Hearing – Rezone – Developer is Nilson Homes on the northeast corner of 5100 West 5100 			South. (6.73 acres)
	Public Hearing – Rezone – Approximately 5450 W. 5500 S. Oned by Soderby.  The request is to 			rezone from R1 (one acre) to R3 ( (third acres) at approximately 5450 W. 5500 S. 			starting back off of 5500 South about 231 feet and then going north .  This is about 25 			acres.
	Public Hearing – Rezone – Approximately 5290 S. 5500 W. behind the homes along the west side of 			5500 West.  The owner is Soderby.  This is about 30 acres.  The request is to change 			from R1 (one acre) to R2 (half acres).
	Reviewing the Hooper City Code book Title 3 and 4
