PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will hold their regularly scheduled meeting in the Council Chambers at City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, NOVEMBER 10, 2009. A work meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. for review of agenda items.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: October 27, 2009 PUBLIC HEARING:
(1) DUSTIN SIDDOWAY - REZONE - R-S TO R-2 & DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT This .58 acre property is located at 2563 West Gordon Avenue in an R-S (Residential Suburban) zoning district. The request is for a rezone to R-2 (Single and Two Family Residential) with a development agreement. The applicant is Dustin Siddoway.
(2) TEXT AMENDMENT OF TITLE 19 (ZONING) - Amending Title 19, Chapter 19.08, Section 19.08.090 Limiting Impact Fee Credit for Required Open Space.

(4) LES CHENES PRUD - PRELIMINARY APPROVAL
This property is located at approximately 45 South Boynton Road in an R-1-10 PRUD (Residential Single Family Planned Residential Unit Development) zoning district. The applicant, Scott Hansen, is proposing 14 lots on 4.28 acres.
(5) MAVERIK, INC. - CONDITIONAL USE FOR A KIOSK FOR THE RENTING OF DVD'S TO THE PUBLIC (REDBOX VENDING MACHINES)
This property is located at 1455 East Highway 193 (3000 North) in a CP-1 (Planned Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district. The applicant is Dan Murray, Vice-President of Real State for Maverik, Inc. represented by Dawn Shepardson and Rich Engstrom.
