The Salt Lake County Board of Health has proposed amendments to Health Regulation #1, Solid Waste Management and Permitting. The public comment period will end on Thursday, November 20, 2014. A copy of the proposed amendment is available for review on the Salt Lake County Health Department website at http://www.slcohealth.org/envRegs/proposedRegs.html or during normal business hours at the following locations:

Written comments are preferred and will be accepted if received by 5:00 PM on November 20, 2014. Your written comments should be submitted to: Royal DeLegge, Environmental Health Division at 788 E Woodoak Lane, Murray, Utah 84107 or by e-mail to slcohealtheh@slco.org.
The public hearing on the proposed amendments will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2014 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the auditorium at the Environmental Health Division, 788 East Woodoak Lane, Murray, Utah. We reserve the right to close the hearing at 5:30 PM if all present have had the opportunity to offer public comment.
