Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, October 22, 2014, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 N. Wasatch Dr., Layton, Utah, the Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing to consider the following appeal from the requirements of the zoning ordinance:
Case # 2014-02 – Chad Rackham would like to request a variance from the requirement of Section 19.05.010 of the Layton Municipal Code that an accessory structure, be set back no less than twenty (20) feet from the street side (corner) property line in order to construct a new shed/garage in the rear yard of property located at 2461 North 1425 East, Layton, Utah.
It is hereby required that the appellants and those in opposition, or their agents, be present to discuss the case. Additional information and exhibits are available in the Layton City Community & Economic Development Department.
