NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission  will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 11, 2014  at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers (south entrance), 86 E. 100 S., Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: 


Public Hearing to consider the request of Mike Schlappi for a commercial condo conversion on property located at approx. 140 South Main Street in the Downtown Village Commercial zone.  OLD FORT NEIGHBORHOOD

Public Hearing to consider the request of Madelyn Knudsen for a 2-lot subdivision called Knudsen Corner on property located at approx. 596 South 350 East in the RM-7 zone.  STRING TOWN NEIGHBORHOOD

Public Hearing to consider amending Maple Grove Subdivision to include the property to the North located at approx. 641 South 350 East in the RM-7 zone. STRING TOWN NEIGHBORHOOD

Public Hearing to consider approval of a 2-lot preliminary plat called Parley’s Place Plat B located at approx. 1246 N. 1430 West in the R1-10 zone. NORTH FIELD NEIGHBORHOOD

Public Hearing to consider the request of Loader Lots, LLC for a 21-lot preliminary plat known as Pleasant Heights Plat B located at approx. 200 South Loader Avenue in R1-9 (Single Family Residential) zone. SCRATCH GRAVEL NEIGHBORHOOD 

Public Hearing to consider the request of Jesse Tonks for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a business called Drum Labs located at approx. 430 West State Street in the CG (Commercial General) zone. OLD FORT NEIGHBORHOOD

Public Hearing to consider the request of Jose Armando Jaurequi for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a business called Cash In Minutes located at approx. 379 South Main Street in the Downtown Village zone. OLD FORT NEIGHBORHOOD

Public Hearing to consider amending the Pleasant Grove Transportation Master Plan regarding the removal of a planned roundabout at the intersection of 1000 South and Locust Avenue.  SCRATCH GRAVEL NEIGHBORHOOD

Public Hearing to consider amending Section 10-14-21-1C, Permitted and Conditional Uses, adding land uses #1511 Hotels, and #1512 Motels and Motor Hotels, as permitted uses in the Grove Commercial Sales Subdistrict.   SAM WHITE’S LANE NEIGHBORHOOD
