MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2009, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m., the agenda follows:
PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2009 – 7:00 P.M.
1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Discussion/action on minutes.
3. Discussion/action on recommendation on Application by Roger Miller for 6.8 acre Agriculture Protection Area at 3101 West Pioneer Road.
4. Discussion/action on amendment to CUP #08-03 at 812 West 17th Street by Ben Opheikens.
5. Discussion/action on amended site plan for Lost Recovery to allow used car sales at 1668 South 1100 West.
6. Discussion/action on minor lot subdivision and slum/blight clearance by Marriott-Slaterville City at approximately 789 West 17th Street – Randy Phipps.
7. 7:30 PM – Presentation by the Wasatch Front Regional Council.
8. Adjourn until November 17, 2009.

Said notice and agenda was also posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to members of the commission, and posted in three (3) public places in Marriott-Slaterville on or about October 15, 2009.
