PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will hold their regularly scheduled meeting in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2014. A work meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. for review of agenda items and conditional use review.

This propeliy is located at 52 West Golden Avenue in an R-I-8 (Single Family Residential) zoning district. The propeliy owner is the Davis County School District represented by the applicant, Kris Martinez, from NSA Wireless.
2. PRECISION ASPHALT MAINTENANCE INC. - CONDITIONAL USE FOR A OUTDOOR STORAGE/CONTRACTOR'S STORAGE YARD
This propeliy is located at 201 East 2150 North in an M-1 (Light Manufacturing/Industrial) zoning district. The applicants, Aaron Mmiinez and Jayce Schneider from Precision Asphalt Maintenance, are representing the owner, Chris Loock.
3. VAUGHN VERNON - CONDITIONAL USE FOR AN ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT
This propeliy is located at 1578 East Gentile Street in an R-I-I0 (Residential Single Family) zoning district. The propeliy owner, Vaughn Vemon is being represented by the contractor, Jason Gates.
