Description/Agenda:	PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Promontory Nicklaus West Subdivisions 1-7 Final Plats Parcels SS-52 & SS-25 (located off of Nicklaus Valley Rd. and Golden Bear Loop, Promontory, Summit County, UT) Parcel: SS-52 (639.93 acres) & SS-25 (518.58 acres) Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Manager in accordance with the Eastern Summit County Development Code and Promontory Development Agreement will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on seven (7) subdivision plats, totaling one hundred eleven (111) lots within the Promontory Development. The subject development is located on Parcels SS-52 & SS-25, with 88.29 acres being used towards the Nicklaus West subdivisions. The public hearing will be held: Thursday, July 17, 2014 Beginning at 2:00 p.m. Summit County Courthouse (Summit County Manager's Conference Room) 60 North Main Street, Coalville, Utah, 84017 The applicant, Rich Sonntag, is requesting to receive approvals for seven (7) plats for the Nicklaus West Subdivisions.
