PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the HOOPER CITY COUNCIL will hold a public meeting at 5580 W. 4600 S.  Hooper, at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 3, 2014.  Work session starts at 6:30 p.m.

THE AGENDA FOR THE MEETING CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING:
1.	CALL TO ORDER
  	Pledge of Allegiance & Reverence
2.	APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES
3.	BUSINESS LICENSE APPROVAL
	Sawyer’s Salvaged Auto Body proprietor Russell Sawyer at 3467 S. 5500 W. (Buying salvaged 	vehicles and arranges for them to be repaired.  No vehicles are allowed at his property)
	Rocky Mountain Guns proprietor Mark & Kim Neeley at 5708 W. 4350 S. This is online firearms 	sales.
4.	CITY BUSINESS
	Public Hearing – Re-zone – from C1 (Neighborhood Commercial) to R4 (Quarter acre lots)
		at approximately the southwest corner of 4300 W. 5500 S.  (7.59 acres)
	Public Hearing – Final Approval – Century Acres Subdivision owned by Alan Gessell at 				approximately 6211 W. on the south side of 5600 S. (2-lots)
	Public Hearing – Preliminary Approval – Hooper Landings Subdivision Phase 8 at approximately 		5000 S. on the east side of 5100 West.  Developer is Nilson Homes (4 lots)
	Discussion about Attached Family Structures 
	Amending the Sewer Policy Resolution
	Discussion about leasing City property around the sloughs
