Notice of Regular Meeting 

Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, which meeting shall begin at 6:00 p.m.

The agenda is as follows:

1.	Read and approve minutes.

2.	Request for a home business license:  Donald Hill is requesting a home business license at 117 East 300 South.  The proposed business will be a garden tilling business.

3.	Request for a home business license:  Lance Caldwell is requesting a home business license at 258 East 200 South.  The proposed business name is Wingman and will be a bird taxidermy.

4.	Request for a home business license:  Brandi Jensen is requesting a home business license at 55 South 200 East.  The proposed business name is Hot Shots of Utah and will be a photography business.

5.	Request for change of business license:  Ronnie Ball is requesting a change from a commercial business to a home occupation business.  His business, Ron’s Upholstery is located at 255 East 300 South.

6.	Request for information regarding uses for lot:  Trent Taylor is requesting information on uses for a lot located at 100West 290 North.

7.	Review of proposed zoning changes

 8.  Identification of issues members would like on future agendas.
