                Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville.  The agenda shall be as follows:

1.   Opening.
2.   Call to the public limited to three minutes.
3.   Schick Farms Homeowners Association Saddlebrook discussion – Tim Hallows.
4.   Saddlebrook Estates Subdivision final plat at approximately 2260 West 200 North, consisting of 29 lots and open space on two cul-de-sac streets – Henry Walker Homes.
5.   Overlay of the PRUD – Planned Residential Unit Development overlay zone on 22.7 acres of property at approximately 2260 West 200 North – Henry Walker Homes.
6.   Shadow Crossing Subdivision Phase 2 final plat at Bonneville Lane and Brady Lane, consisting of 11 lots on Jakes Lane – Perry Homes.
7.   Rezone of 1.83 acres of property at 1428 South Sunset Drive from R-A (Agricultural Residential) to R-1-20 (Single Family Residential) – Stephen Mitchell.
8.   Rezone of approximately five acres of property at 1387 South Sunset Drive from A-5 (Heavy Agricultural) to R-1-20 (Single Family Residential) – Bradley Walters.
9.   Amendment of Section 17-12-4, Conditional Uses, of Chapter 17-12, R-1 Single Family Residential District, of Title 17, Planning and Zoning, of the Revised Ordinances of Kaysville City to modify the two-family dwelling provision.
10. Amendment of Section 17-24-2, Animal Allowance, of Chapter 17-24, Farm Animals, of Title 17, Planning and Zoning, of the Revised Ordinances of Kaysville City to regulate rooster chickens.
11. Acceptance of improvements in Hill Farms Phase 1D Subdivision at 200 North and Angel Street – Destination Homes.
12. Amendment of Purchase and Sale Agreement with Terra Basin, LLC on 16.57 acres of real property located on the northwest corner of 200 North and Flint Streets.
13. Resolution of Kaysville City Approving an Interlocal Agreement with the Kaysville City Redevelopment Agency for the Flint Street Community Development Project Area.
